VH1 is socially-irresponsible to put this on, not because of Akon, but the idea of polygamy in America on YOUTH is going to have serious ramifications. Someone needs to tell VH1 that there is something called AIDS. Can they even imagine Black youth going around with 3 or 4 girlfriends. This is sending the signal to YOUTH that it is somehow OK to live this way, couple it with problems that exist in our culture today and you have a toxic soup.

With outright garbage like this our struggle is put back several hundred years now. Instead of showing LOVE between TWO PEOPLE, they’re showing YOUTH that it’s somehow OK to love several women at a time. AIDS is very real y’all. With VH1 presenting this type of stuff, they may as well start injecting kids with hyperdermic needles. We don’t need a conspiracy theory when it is RIGHT IN OUR FACE. A shame on American society.
