Expect Allan Iverson to be hit with divorce papers any day now. And the All-Star point guard may have Juanita Jordan to thank for that.
Allen Iverson’s wife, Tawanna, recently met with Michael Jordan’s ex-wife Juanita for lunch. And according to one of Juanita’s pals, Michael’s soon-to-be-ex gave Tawanna some pretty serious advice.
The woman tells, “Juanita and Tawanna had a long heart-to-heart [conversation]. They talked about life, children, the future … and before the conversation was over, Juanita gave up the names of some really good divorce lawyers.”
The All-Star wives reportedly first met five years ago when Tawanna and Allan were going through a rough patch in their relationship. According to our tipster, Tawanna was having trouble with Allan’s infidelity and Juanita coached her through it. The woman explains, “At that time Juanita was all about trying to make her marriage [to Michael] work - so she told Tawanna to ride it out with Allan.”
But now that Juanita is in the midst of a divorce, her attitude is completely different. The pal tells, “Juanita is really enjoying single life, and she’s not afraid to let other people know about it.”
Finally our tipster warns that Tawanna may not be the only NBA wife thinking about leaving her baller husband. She tells, “Juanita has had lunch with a number of [NBA] wives since she filed for divorce.” source
I am not so sure how much Juanita Jordan has influenced Tawanna. However, if he is not doing what he is supposed to, then she should leave. Why stick around. I know they have been together since high school, but how much can a woman take.
