I remember being a teenager. I was a quiet girl, but cool lol. I was into being successful and probably getting the newest Jordans. I haven't been a teen in a while but I know I wasn't craz. So my mom was telling me this past Saturday about two young girls, 12 and 15 years old, who were going around beating up Asian elderly women. My first response was, what is the point? Is this some sort of gan intiation? Because you know some teens need to belong to some sort of gang nowadays. But my mom said they just beat them out and had a boy as a look out.

So now I am highly annoyed, because what are these kids doing with their lives? You just got your period and you are busy beating up women. Like come on. The crazy thing is that, their own parents turned them in. Usually this is unheard of, most parents usually protect their cubs and try to hide them. However, these parents were not having that. I can imagine how embarrassed they were. They probably turned on the news and saw their daughter and thought "WTF". I am assuming they wanted to show their children that everything you do has a repercussion, rather good or bad. I give the parents kudos for not accepting the bs.

Hopefully these youths get it together. I look at them on the train, the streets and I am scared,. This is our future and this future makes me not want to see 60. We have to do better.
