We are currently looking for young, talented, and motivated individuals to join our Empress Magazine team for the following positions. Writers, Photographers, Graphic and Website design, Models, Marketing and Promotion, Fashion/Beauty/Health/Fitness Editors. If you want to gain experience in a particular field and help contribute to the upcoming premiere magazine for the young urban woman, we are waiting for you!

• Writers (writersguidelines)
  • Must think of concepts and article topics relevant to current trends
  • Should be creative and possess good researching skills
  • Should know how to take constructive criticism
  • Timeliness of article submissions is a must
  • Must have some experience in journalism and writing

  All writers send submissions to submissions@empressmag.com.

• Photographers
  • Have knowledge in photography field
  • Should know how to operate both digital and standard cameras
  • Must be from New York City or Tri-State area

• Graphic and Web Design
  • Must have some experience in at least one of the following applications: Quark Xpress, Flash MX, and Photo Shop
  • Must posses creative and innovative skills

• Models
  • Must be 18+
  • Be relaxed and natural in front of the camera and must be able to take direction well
  • Males and Females are welcomes
  • Must be from New York City or Tri-State area

• Business Administration, Marketing and Promotion Departments
  • Must posses good negotiating and transaction skills
  • Must be organized and detailed oriented
